About Me
Noah Bradley
Founder
Prior to founding ThirdWay, Noah served for over 25 years as an educator and leader in Oakland, CA.
Most recently, he served as Chief Academic Officer for 10 years at Education for Change Public Schools, the largest Charter Management Organization in Oakland.
He led EFC's transition from a network of autonomous schools to a coherent instructional program that made 90th percentile growth year-over-year.
Noah builds systems that drive change. He is a strong facilitator, systems thinker, professional developer, and writer.
